About Diane Schulz

I am a former CHRO and trusted advisor to CEOs, boards, executive teams, and private equity leaders, with more than 30 years of executive experience across public, private, and ESOP companies. My background spans strategy, finance, sales, and senior HR leadership, and includes large-scale transformation, CEO transitions, executive succession, and M&A due diligence and integration.

In my consulting work, I partner with organizations and senior leaders on high-stakes people and business decisions, helping them strengthen leadership capacity, navigate complexity, and protect enterprise value.

My coaching is shaped not only by my work, but by lived experience. I understand firsthand the pressure, pace, complexity, doubt, and isolation many clients are navigating, along with the tension between professional demands and personal commitments. It is also shaped by the profound impact coaching has had on my own career and life. Coaching has helped me at pivotal moments of my career and my life.

Coaching helped me strengthen my influence, executive presence, stakeholder relationships, and confidence.

It also gave me the space to slow down, be honest about what was and wasn’t working, and reconnect with what mattered most—beyond the title, the expectations, and the pace of a demanding career.

That experience brought greater clarity, courage, awareness, and freedom, and it is what I hope to offer my clients: a trusted space to think more clearly, lead more intentionally, and move forward with greater alignment and confidence—whether you are growing in your career, navigating a transition, defining what comes next, feeling burned out, or seeking support to optimize any area of your life.

Clarity. Courage. Results.
