Personal & Professional Coaching
My coaching is grounded in more than 30 years of leadership experience, including service as a CHRO and advisor to CEOs, boards, and executive teams. It is also shaped by what coaching made possible in my own life: greater clarity, courage, and authenticity in how I lead, in WHO I am, and the life I’ve chosen to build.
I became a coach because I know how rare it is to have space for the questions that matter most. Not the operational – these get plenty of airtime.
The ones that don’t: What do I want this next chapter to hold? How do I want to show up? What is getting in my way? And what would change if it wasn’t there?
Those questions deserve serious attention. That's what this work is for.
How I Work
As an iPEC-certified coach, I partner with clients in a process that creates space for honest reflection, clearer thinking, and more intentional action.
We start with Discovery, talking through where you are and what you want — and we work together to understand what’s important to you, what may be getting in the way, and what it looks like to move forward with greater clarity, purpose and actions.
Who This Is For
This work is for leaders, professionals, founders, and individuals who are ready to think more deeply about where they are and where they're headed.
Clients typically come to this work from one of four places:
-
You've built the career. You hold the title. And you operate under a level of complexity, visibility, and pressure that few people around you fully understand. The question isn't how to get to the next level — it's how to sustain the energy and intentionality required to lead well at this one, stay connected to what matters, and make decisions that reflect both who you are and what you're responsible for.
-
You're stepping into greater leadership, expanding your influence, and navigating increased complexity and pressure. The stakes are higher, the scrutiny is sharper, and the skills that got you here aren't always the ones that will carry you forward. You may be managing up more than ever, leading through resistance, or quietly wondering if you belong in the room — even as others look to you with confidence. You want to grow in a way that feels both effective and true to who you are, without losing yourself in the process.
-
You're moving through uncertainty, transition, or a significant decision point — a role change, an organizational shift, a moment where the path forward isn't clear. The pressure to have answers can make it harder to think. You want space to slow down, weigh what matters, and move forward with intention rather than reaction. For some, this chapter also means learning to lead others through change while carrying their own.
-
Something has shifted. Maybe it's burnout that rest hasn't fixed, or a growing sense that the life you've built no longer quite fits the person you've become. You're not in crisis — but you're asking bigger questions about how you want to spend your time, what you want your work to stand for, and what a next chapter built around your values and not just your résumé could look like. This is some of the most important work a person can do — and it deserves the right space to do it.
For many clients, the work reaches beyond role or organization—in how they want to spend their time, what they want their relationships to hold, what gives them a sense of purpose, and what they want this next season of life to become.
